
In order to sign the final deeds correctly, the client who cannot speak Italian has the right to obtain the translation of the purchase and mortgage deeds together with the connected procedures. He can request for the translation of the entire deed (most expensive alternative) or for a power of attorney appointing a subject to represent him during both the mortgage and purchase drafting (most affordable solution). Connected expenses must be verified time to time.
Some banks require the income documents being translated into Italian.
